Thing 5 and 5a

I have had my google reader for about two weeks now and I am loving being able to glance and get information. When I was out, week before last, I was able to get to my blog and post through wikispace, and with my diigo I could get to my bookmarks. This is a great thing. I was not at home where all of my favorites are stored on my one computer, but since I had setup my wiki I was able to get to them.

SMARTBoards and Updating the Lesson Activity Toolkit

Well I am getting a smartboard soon and I have been trying to find out as much info as possible. So one of my reader site is Teachers Love Smart Boards

The blog above is a very helpful one talking about how to update lessons and a toolkit resource. I can't wait till I can post some of my own flip charts and save them in a blog. But, this will have to wait till next school year.

  1. What a great example of how Web 2.0 tools can help! Personally, if you took away access to my wikis and to Diigo, you'd have a raging fight on your hands. I rely on them DAILY, especially Diigo. The few hours that Diigo went offline about a month ago had me in cold shakes. Luckily, I can crosspost my links to my Delicious account (another social bookmarking account but not nearly as great as Diigo), so I was still able to get to my book marks. That was the first time in a year that their service wasn't available, which is a great record for Web 2.0 apps.
